In our BathTime Bliss salts we use our dried lavender buds and our 100% Pure Lavender Essential Oil. Draw a hot bath to soak in and pour 1/4 of the jar worth of the salts in the piece of organza that comes with the product. Close up the salts in the organza with a rubber band and drop into tub. Drink lots of water during/after soak. The salts draw out your toxins for a healthy and natural detox and the lavender will be a relaxing anti-anxiety agent. Lavender has  natural anti-septic and anti-bacterial properties which will aid in the detox process that the salts provide.
